In 2007, the Founder of GOCA, entered into a Joint Venture with Capt. Ravee of Fireball Security Group, India, to open India’s first Institute of Security and Intelligence Management known as:

The Founder of GOCA, Gerald O’Connell, is the President of OSSIM (India) which has been set up to provide management training to the Private Security Industry in India.   The CEO of the company is Captain Ravee, who is also the Secretary General of the Central Association of Private Security Industry (CAPSI) in India.    CAPSI is the body that represents the Indian Private Security Industry with the Indian government, and is seeking to raise the Standards of Quality and Professionalism within India.  OSSIM is the only such Institute in India, or in Asia.

It is the vision and intention to take this concept to the whole of Asia, including Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, China, and the Middle East.  Beyond this, it seeks to establish a strong presence in Australia.

OSSIM is seeking international partners to accredit it training courses.
 
 
Fireball Investigations
Gerald O’Connell, is the President of Fireball Investigation which has been set up to provide management training to the private security industry in India.  Fireball Investigative Services provides fast, accurate and up to date information which is crucial to the decision making process. Since its inception Fireball has been the information center for the consumer-Insurance companies, attorneys, self-insured corporate executives, bankers and the transportation industry.
